programme Master of Law in the Comparative Jurisprudence (by courses and the Complementary research)

Admission requirements:

Candidate should achieve the following conditions: 1- B.Sc. in law or in Law and Share'a with the honour degree class two division two at least. 2- B.Sc. in la or B.Sc. in Sharea'a and La in addition to a postgraduate diploma, or preparatory Master. 3- B.Sc. in Law or Share'a in addition to a practical experience in the speciliation field not for not less than three years.

The study period:

The period of this programme according to the academical regulation for the postgraduate studies for the year 2016.

Degree conferred:

He senate will grant the degree of Master law in the comparative jurisprudence after passing all course and obtaining the accumulated average of (3.00) at least, and completing the passing of the requirements of the research.
